Rescue & Transport

Rescue and Transport

Our shelter is very rescue friendly, and we rely on rescue organizations throughout the country to help keep our live release rates as high as they can be. We do transports to the NE every 2-3 weeks that often consist of over 100 animals and we are always looking for new groups to partner with to save these precious animals. If you are interested in pulling animals in the future, please complete our Rescue Application (see below) and allow 3-5 business days for us to process that. Our Rescue & Transport Manager is Deana Wehr (
bgwchsrescue@gmail.com) if you have any questions about our routes, pull fees, etc.

Thank you for helping get these babies one step closer to home!
